I appreciate all the suggestions, but perhaps it is time to ask NPC to develope such a recommendation. You can submit to the Panhell of the school, should there be no chapter of your org at the school.
Every NPC group at the school gets a copy, and the "rec'd" person gets a nod in the consideration process; maybe not as much as if it was a rec to your org, but more than just the usual PNM
