My first senior year (I had 2 lol) we had 2 seniors that bought a ZTA jersey and put a really cute slogan on the back that I can't remember. But it was given out at chapter every sunday to the sister that showed the most zeta spirit that week. It was a really good way to motivate the sisters during the week and get them to come to chapter on sunday so they could see who got the jersey. We also gave away a study geek of the week award every week and would sometimes hold a pj chapter meeting on sunday's after spring break and other holiday's.
