my doctor just put me on a 1200 calorie a day diet. i'm also suppose to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. i'm not having too much trouble with the 1200 calories, but the exercise part is killing me.
i'm doing this b/c i'm pre-diabetic (basically if i don't do it i will be a diabetic by age 30), have high cholesterol and high triglycerides. i've become comfortable with my size. it doesn't bother me the way it used to. so my biggest reason for doing this is to make sure i'm healthy. if i lose weight (which i most likely will seeing as how i only eat 1200 calories a day) then great, but i don't care.

p.s. - i do miss pizza, my weekly donut, and mountain dew. mmmmm that sweet sweet dew.........
