No I've seen something like that done too. Unless the administration does it, it's not reliable numbers. On my campus, for example, the sororities were able to do it through the administration. The fraternities were not because they refused to list their membership for risk management issues.
I was wondering more about a single fraternity and all its chapters. Does Beta get GPAs from all the chapters?
