If it's a state university you have no problem. Go to the yellow pages and find any civil rights attorney. They'll love the case; they can get publicity for themsleves and monetary damages from the school. Most of these rogue administrators do these things out of arrogance, ignorance, or out of the belief that no one will challenge them. Don't bother going to the VP of anything. Have your attorney call the university general counsel. Trust me. One phone call will stop all of it.
