As much as I love my sisters, I feel newly betrayed. I talked to the Greek advisor about Songfest while we were at Panhel last night and I felt like a moron. She explained to me that our Songfest chair and IGPB rep should have done more than complain to me that they had no idea of what was going on. She explained to me that they should have approached people and they didn't. As I said, I feel embarrassed and betrayed because had my sisters put in even a little bit of effort we would be participating in Songfest.

Please do not think this in the only factor because it's much more than feeling betrayed- I need a sisterhood where not only can I trust my sisters, but I will not be doing all of the work. I also need a sisterhood that is more than just four or five friends whom depend on one person to make the sorority survive. Sororities are about teamwork. I need a sorority I can put my heart into and, quite honestly, my heart is no longer in Phi Gamma Pi. Thank you all for your support.
