The house was located on (I think, its been a while) Randolph Street. It was walking distance from State. I heard that some kind of religious order purchased the house and the house next door and somehow connected the two.

My pledge semester was the last year the Sig Eps were on campus and they did throw some wild parties! My first Fraternity party was there on my Bid Day. It was a cool place just to hang out at too.
