) is the bomb... I know it's hard to get that water in, isn't it! I have to put lemon juice (real, not that fake, reconstituted stuff in the juice aisle) in mine. Plus, lemon juice has a slightly diuretic effect to help combat those nasty bloated "fat days." I hate those...
I, too, have to deal with the emotional overeating/undereating... It's tough to make rational, healthy choices about dinner when you're really stressed out!
I'll be your goal partner this week since those are all things I need to do as well... I'm going to the gym tomorrow... I have to lose 15-20 lbs.
