Sigma Phi Epsilon was on campus from 1981 to (I believe) 1997. My husband is an alumnus of that chapter. It was such a crying shame when they closed, as they were the largest chapter on campus. I know the alumni are hoping to reopen the chapter eventually.
The house was located on (I think, its been a while) Randolph Street. It was walking distance from State. I heard that some kind of religious order purchased the house and the house next door and somehow connected the two.
