I think the next thing will be whether or not to use the term sister and then get a program for sisterhood.
I believe those that choose to change the fraternity after they became a member may be regreting the choice they made, and the changes that they persue are with the hope that it might make them feel much better about that decision.
If you look at the changes made in the past you can see where, some ideas where cosmetic changes designed to allow certain members to feel more like they were meant to be apart of the organization, they made the decision to be apart of.
like the statement of Frank Reed Horton. Changing "to give men.." to say that he said "to give people" How can you change what the founder of your organization once said. In Alpha Phi Omega, anything is fair ground.
All the years of the multi-tude of members were assembled in the hall of the convention. And when the toast song was sung, everybody young and old knew the words. Shatter that, and you'll everybody sounding like jibber-jabber. Some singing it different than the individuals who have it memorized.
