This pic was posted from a girl in the chapter, so I doubt she'd post a pic that she knew was altered. She's look pretty silly if she got "outed". Also, the pic is from the chapter site that our National sponsors and for some reasons the pix always look a little blurry. I think it's optical illusion, probably. But how many blondes are really blondes, anyway?!
