Sweetie, I am sure you don't want to hear this... BUT... I am still sick and I'm almost 7 months...

I actually had to stay at home on bedrest b/c of MS from Oct. to Jan.

I do recommend STRONGLY talking to your doctor about Phenergan and Zofran. Zofran is like gold, and is just as expensive. If you have good insurance, ask for it. (I mean around $500 for eight pills w/o insurance covering it. Mine wouldn't cover it.) Phenergan is good enough to at least make things bearable. It's a LOT cheaper!

My advice on food:
I did well on cups of fruit (think diced peaches in syrup)
Jello!!! Saved my life
Mashed potatoes
Gatorade
Pediasure if you are vomiting nonstop and cannot keep anything down

Avoid anything with an extreme amount of milk or noodles... Trust me on that.

Eat whatever YOU feel like you can stand at the time.
