Ross finally got tenure at his job, and Rachel got fired from RL because she was interviewing with Gucci at a restaurant where her boss was also eating lunch. They ran into Mark (from Bloomingdale's) while Ross was helping Rachel move out of the office, and Mark took her out to dinner - Ross got all jealous, but then Rachel announced that he was married, but had offered her a job with Louis Vuitton - in PARIS.
