1. were the alleged assaults reported to the police?
2. was he ever counseled for these alleged incidents?
3. if the alleged assaults were ignored by administration, the next stop would be the school board AND the police AND the local TV station.
I dont think anyone is arguing about his guilt b/c sex did occur. My issue is the ambigiuity (sp?) of the law, and the excessive amount of time he received.
