I think it's pretty silly that the word "feminist" is still being used as a slur. Although I don't often post here, I read the forums religiously, and I would wager that the majority of you all are feminists. If you believe that women should be allowed to vote, hold government offices, make the same amount of money doing the same jobs as men, receive the same level of healthcare as men do, and generally be treated as equal to men in the eyes of society and the law, then guess what? You're a feminist! I see lots of gutsy, empowered Greek women posting here. We're feminists, too.
The mere act of establishing a Greek-letter fraternity for women when there were none was a pro-woman -- a FEMINIST -- action.
