You have to upload it to your own home internet account and then link to it from GC.
That is, say, if you had AOL, you would upload the picture to your AOL account online file area via FTP. Then insert it into one of your GC posts using the "IMG" button just above the text area. When the IMG box pops up, you enter the internet "website" address to your photo. For example, it would be something like:
http:// members.aol.com/ yourname/ GCphoto.jpg
and then click "Ok".
