HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE REALLY OUT OF A QUARTER???
Most days people either have a cell phone or a calling card. If it is a local call, it is easy EASY EASY to bum a quarter off of someone.
Only time I did collect calls was in college.
Okay that is my rant for now about those stupid commercials.

: Have you noticed that most of the celebrities for the Collect call commercials are WSAHED UP ACTORS: Arsenio, Mr. T, Alyssa Milano. All they need now are Todd Bridges, Gary Coleman, Roseanne, etc. LOL
