I have a chapter sister who wants to get a reduction (I think she's like an F cup or something awful like that) and she was told she had to lose weight in order to do it. She needs to lose that weight ASAP or she'll be off her parents' insurance and unemployed, so it won't be covered.
I've always toyed with the idea of having a reduction, but I think I would miss them. I've grown 2" since high school so I've grown into them a little bit more.
