All I can say is GOOD LUCK! My chapter went through something very similar and everything seems to be going well (I've been out of school for 2 years now but from what I hear things are going good). And I'm VERY proud that you have 15 sisters that bleed steel gray and turquiose blue! That's a good number for your chapter's size.
