Huh? While it is true this happened to an Omega, it was not a result of anything associated with the fraternity, i.e. hazing. So why expect a statement from the Grand Basileus? As noted, he has been involved since early on. At this point, it is being pursued as a criminal case. Until legal representation, etc. was in place, I bet he and others were advised not to make statements.
