It has been my experience that relationships that "innocently" start from the internet or phone (and involve that sort of activity) do not stop there. If you question whether or not it's right or a form of cheating...then it probably is.

I agree.
In my mind, it's about the same as catching your s/o in bed with another person and them telling you that it was "just sex".
I don't think you have to exchange body fluids to be a cheater.
