I'm not sure, but we have Phi Mu at Michigan-Dearborn.... a branch of Ann Arbor. Also, unfortunately our chapter closed at Michigan State last year I believe, but hopefully they'll be making a comeback!
And for engineering, Michigan-Flint and Dearborn are mainly Enginerding schools  .
