Rutgers currently has six NPC chapters:
Alpha Chi Omega
Delta Gamma
Gamma Phi Beta
Sigma Delta Tau
Sigma Kappa
Zeta Tau Alpha
Phi Sigma Sigma closed last year, and there was a Kappa Delta interest group two years ago-- but Panhel voted against expansion since not all chapters were at total.

Seton Hall has:

Alpha sigma Tau
Delta Phi Epsilon
