I know that it sucks, but sometimes things just don't work out as planned. Quitting shouldn't be an option, though. Just because you don't have a relationship with your big sister doesn't mean that there isn't something else of value there for you. You joined for a reason, right? And that was before you were even paired up with this sister. You need to concentrate on the positive aspects of the sisterhood and the sorority as a whole rather than dwelling on the lack of a relationship. Good luck sweetie!
