big sis advice
Hey sisters,
I am a relatively new sister of Gamma Phi Beta, I was initiated in December. I am having an issue with my big sis. I haven't hung out with her since big/little rev and I have called, emailed IM'd and done everything possible to get to know her better and it never works. She only hangs out with three people in the sorority, and obviously I am not one of those three. After being hurt, I turned to my grandbig who doesn't get along with her little, and now it has made it worst. I hate that my big won't like me because I spend time with my grandbig. Its really getting to me, and I don't know what to do anymore.
I have even thought about leaving because my big is suppose to be my mentor through all of this and she hasn't been at all. Does anyone feel as though they just don't connect with their big or little? The only thing that keeps me going is that I am going to have a little soon, and I know that I would never let her feel like she couldn't talk to me.
