I am also a huge klutz! ( i trip over my own two feet daily!) but I have become a huge yoga nut! It helps with the klutziness and it also gives a great work out. also, if you have had any serious injuries or surgeries, it helps to heal them and stretch them out and it makes your joints stronger.
i highly recomend going to a class a few times and then get a video just so you know you are doing the postures correctly.
plus, it takes a few a times to take it seriously.
