I decided that my workout routine needed a big change. So, I have begun to practice yoga. I've done Pilates, Tae-bo, the Firm, and all kinds of cardio, yet I have reached a point where I am really bored with those programs. I went to my first yoga class yesterday afternoon and I was amazed how relaxed I felt for the rest of the evening. I am going back today once I get off work.
Does anyone practice yoga frequently? If so, what have you noticed differently about your body? I'm hoping to retain my flexability and stamina with yoga. Perhaps even tone those tough-to-reach places.
