When I'm feeling down, I write about it in my journal, go for a nice walk (or run), or take a nice hot bath. It might not be the answer to all of your problems, but it helps to get your emotions out (and not by yelling at other people). And there's always shopping!

That cures all pain (until the credit card bill arrives!)
