OH Lord! Let me be the voice of reason...does no one on here EVER watch medical shows? Here's the deal, anal tissue is much thinner than vaginal tissue. It is possible (not necessarily probably, but you never can tell) to distress the tissue to the point of tearing. If this happens, a woman can develop a bridge between her vagina and the good ole poo canal. Therefore, poop seeps into your vagina! Scary stuff, Kids!!!
