I had one that tasted like citrus and it didn't seem so bad. Of course, I was taking it because I had a stuffy nose, so I probably couldn't taste it. Anyway, I was better in about two days, so I'd say it's probably worth it.
Then again, maybe it's like one of those mom-type tricks to just get you to drink water and it's not the actual vitamins that make it work.
