U R talkin about Republic Gardens. I'm not big on clubs personally but anything is possible. I think they will discriminate against me
because i'll only be twenty in a few week.
But let me know some chill type spots in DC. My fav is a coffeehouse called Tryst in Adams Morgan...It's fully equiped with a full bar and table service in the evenings...oh and there are couches. It's like being in your living room with a bunch of strangers. but i love it.
