Do you use perms or relaxers? It may be too strong. I know my adult cousin (mid- 30's) uses Just for Me (I'm not sure about the difference in strength), but it seemed to work and her hair looks better and is growing. She said keeps her same routine- beauty shop every two weeks, washes hair once or twice a week, keeps it moisturized, she just switched hair products.
