I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one who likes some white groups and their music
It's great to see that it's okay to be diversified in our tastes in music. I attended a predominately white high school, a HBCU (SC State University)for undergrad, and a mixed university (Webster University) for grad school so I got a taste of both worlds so to speak.
I was into KC and the Sunshine Band (when they were out), Darryl Hall & John Oates, Karen Carpenter (now she's old-old school), David Bowie, Adam Ant, the Eurethimics (exuse the spelling), the band that sings "Black Velvet", Pat Benetar, Stevie Nicks (she's an ALL-TIME favorite. I still enjoy her songs), Journey, Madonna, and the list can go on and on.
