OK yes, I always tip if they make a me a drink while I wait and stuff like that. The place I was talking about to begin with was a mexican restaurant at 3pm and they had it in a bag by the kitchen door when I got there. They guy walked back to the door and brought it to the front. There were like 3 tables eating in the restaurant...so there really wasn't (in my opinion) a service aspect. Therefpre I did not leave a tip. Plus they got my order wrong and I didn't feel like waiting for them to re-do it.
That's another thing..if a restaurant gets your order wrong do you feel rude sending it back?
I always feel rude asking them to send it back..but sometimes I do it anyway...and only do it when it's like REALLY bad wrong and it's something I won't eat. I always try to be as nice as I can when I have to send it back and I don't blame the server..because MOST of the time it's not their fault.
