Yes I tip hair and nails. But I don't do 20%. Usually 10%. If I am paying at least $100 anyway, just for a color... I am not tipping $20--I don't have the $$ to do that. The rule on that one is that you also don't tip the owner of the salon if they're the one doing your hair.
