The Delta's at my alma mater, (Wittenberg University) used to do this stroll that I absolutely LOVED!!!! It could only be done to fast beat songs, and it was just too cute!!! I beg them to do it every year at homecoming!!! LOL! They try to act like they too old to do it (it's VERY fast paced, and bouncey and stuff), but they do it (for me, lol) every year!!! The SGRho's have a thing that I've seen done in stepshows, where they make these TIGHT beats with plastic cups (tumblers?)! I LOVE THAT!! I've seen it done TWICE, and both times they won the show! It's so original!
