i really didn't intend to get people to reveal things that shouldn't be revealed. on my campus, nicknames and explanations (unless they're pledge or fraternity-related) are discussed freely. we have our nicknames on the backs of our jerseys, and mane greeks here go by thier nicknames as a title. i know i answer to "yipper" quite often. i had no idea that some fraternities keep this a secret. sorry if i offended anyone, but i guess at the university of hartford, niknames are more public than on your campus. sorry for any confusion. oh, and nupe4life...i'm not "sorta" greek, i'm greek. not halfway, not kind of, and not almost. just because SAI isn't part of panhel, UGLO or anything else, doesn't mean that we're not "just as greek" as you are.
