Once people graduate, we need to keep them in the fold. However, if we do a better job of selecting the best and the brightest, then we will probably be better able to retain them. It just kills me when I see sooooooooooooooooooooo many people who still feel Greek, but aren't active. If an extra 10% of our combined membership was active with a voter registration drive, we could sway the next election.
