Hey everyone,
If you ever have the chance to attend a Skyshow with the Tom Joyner Foundation...GO TO IT!!
Their show was held at my alma mater and place of employment today (June 15) and we had a ball. You HEAR about what Tom does for HBCUs across the country, but SEEING it is a whole new ball game. Everytime I saw and heard a student receive a scholarship I got emotional because I know how costly an education is...we all should know that. What's unique about our scholarships was they were given to students to pay off old spring 2001 or fall 2000 bills so that can return to school this coming fall semester. It almost felt like a Homecoming event

His team does a fantastic job and I truly believe that HE IS the hardest working man in radio.
His son is a friend of mine and frat and they are all truly genuine people. I just love them and what they do to help HBCUs!!!!! Much love goes out to the Fly Jock and his family.
