Congrats!!!
My husband and I were in sort of the same boat; we were planning to start trying and then found out we were already pregnant!
There was no choice for me. I was so sick from a severe form of morning sickness that either I told him the truth or pretended to have a REALLY bad flu until I told him. Of course, I told him that night.
It is completely up to you. But, if it were me I would tell him immediately. For one thing, he should be there to support you emotionally from the start. Plus, if you wait to tell him, he might feel hurt that you waited to tell him such exciting and important news.
I would want to do as someone above mentioned. Tell him so that he can get over the shock of it all. Then, V-day can be about the family you are starting and celebrating the happiness of it all.
Just my opinion, though...
If you need anyone to talk to or have questions and want to ask someone who's going through the same thing, do not hesitate to PM me! And, one of the best investments you can buy is the book: What to Expect When You Are Expecting . It has answered SO many of my questions.
Again, congrats!
