As a supervisor I have also had black folks expect us to be girls or boys and that I would let them get away with murder. We can be cool and all--I'm not the type to forget where I came from, but doggonit, do your job!

Scary stuff. You would think that a coach, regardless of color, is an authority figure and should be respected. And especially since so few of us get these jobs. *SMH*
