I just saw this. I remember when Scott Stapp said something to that effect a few years ago. People were constantly comparing Creed to Pearl Jam. While Pearl Jam took the high road and didn't make any comments about the comparison, Scott Stapp said that he felt Creed was better than PJ.
NEVER! Ever since, I've had a strong dislike for Creed. If you're going to purposely try to make your music sound like PJ and your voice sound like Eddie Vedder, you can at least acknowledge that your inspiration comes from Pearl Jam...don't insult them!
