The Executive is a mandatory element of the Chapter.... ultimately it may be that they are responsible for discilplinary actions and so forth; they are also responsible for the budget approval (initial), and any major purchases/wages of the chapter.... if you have any questions about the functions of the Exec... fire them at the ELC when he comes to town.
