In terms of theater, Aida and Beauty and The Beast are both awsome! I saw Beauty and the Beast when it first came out and I might go see it again in a few weeks.

In terms of food, to repeat hat has been said, don't eat in a chain, eat in a real NY place. There is no reason to come to NY, and waste money eating in a TGIF Friday's etc. Katz's Deli is great.

I would try to have a set idea of what you are doing each day before you get here.

What are the dates you are going to be here? If it's close to the warm weather, take the Circle Line. I've done it a few times, and I always learn something new. If any of you are sports fans, check out MSG and Yankee Staduim.
