Try to find zero point snacks like pickles or other vegetables to keep you filled during the day. Remember to drink your water too. Water will fill you up.
I blew the rest of my points today on lunch. I had a low point lunch, only 4 points, but I was still so hungry I eneded up getting fish and chips

. I still have some flex points left, but I hate using them.
I have to get weighed in tomorrow. I think I'll have to skip dinner or it's cuccumber and lettuce for supper tonight.
