Most eyeliner pencils, regardless of the brand, are made at the same factory in Germany. The packaging and name are what drive the price higher.
You can buy the most expensive makeup in the world and if you don't know how to apply it you will look like a cheap whore. You can get stuff at Dollar Tree and
if you apply it correctly you will look like a million bucks. It's not the brand or price, it's how you work it. More expensive shadows & blushes are more finely milled and make it harder to put on too much, but believe me, there are LOTS of women who manage it.
No one is saying to wear superbright makeup in a professional or everyday setting, but every once in a while it's fun to wear makeup that stands out. Day in day out of neutrals is BLAH, BORING.
