Wonder if this has anything to do with the record kabazillion dollar deficit?
I'm sure that there are other "little" programs that could be cut that we know nothing about. And I notice that the Congressional program isn't listed - you know, the one where they vote to give themselves an increase every year while honest, hard-working people are just barely making ends meet working 40+ hours every week and not having enough time to spend with their families.
