wow...that's absolutely ridiculous. i was up to two plates and a 25 before i got sick...i missed about three weeks of workouts before this week, so now i'm working to get back up there.
i've seen guys do some crazy stuff at the gym - not many of them go for the added plates on dips though, and the five your buddy does are really impressive.
