How large is your chapter? My new member class was 8 girls, and we have a chapter of about 50, and we incorporated them all into our mom/dot revealing. What we did is that we were handed a slip of paper that had something interesting about one of the members, like "this member recently gave her hair to Locks of Love" and "This member recently won an award for her piano performance." That person had a clue that led us to the next, and so on. That way, we learned something interesting about each member, and it was fun trying to figure out who did what!
