HC the suspect in the shooting at the HS in DC is 14?!!!
HC when he was aprehended, he had two loaded guns on him, a pistol and a semi-automatic machine gun type??
HC WHY?!
HC better yet, why was he driving at 14 and why was he NOT in school?
HC even still: how the hell did he get those guns?
